Alex was very helpful when I called to ask what time my pallet would be delivered. Due to the bad weather I wasn't sure if my delivery would be delayed. It is the first time I have used them but it certainly won't be the last. The delivery driver was also very polite and professional.

Alex went above and beyond to ensure we got our order through in time for our specified delivery.

I had been having multiple issues with payment due to security locks on my work card, but Alex assured me I could ring later in the day to finalize the order we'd spent a while planning over the phone.

Fast shipping and quality products, I have a shooting range business and I was looking to start something for my wife, I read how selling pallet is less stressful and more profitable, I told her she accepted and created and account on Amazon, we started looking on the internet go find a good wholesaler, I went to tiktok and found a wholesalers, I asked them if they can accept the purchase of half pallet because their pallet was pretty expensive, which they accepted and I bought half pallet, they shipped it and I received after a week. They items was not authentic so it was very difficult to sell it on Amazon, I talked with them they told me there was not guarantee for it to be authentic, they said its brand new second grade, it was Lululemon, I then went to Google and talked with 2 business and they didn't assure me it will be original, they don't have manifest breakdown, I was about buying from one of them to try their quality since it's difficult to find a wholesaler that will assure you it was 1st quality, my daughter came home and asked me if I every bought from liquidationpallethub.com, I told them no my other purchase was from some one on tiktok, she asked me and my wife to try them, I went ahead and walked through their website and found some great items at unbelievable price, I called customer service they sent me a manifest breakdown and assured me it was original and 1st quality and I was allow for full refund if the quality wasn't what I was looking for, I placed an order because their prices where amazing, and my wife and I were fingers were crossed, we waited for 1 day and received a tracking number, I was like this can be real am not dreaming, I couldn't sleep was just counting down for my pallets to arrive, we received after 4 days, and believe me, the items was authentic brand new with tags. It was so easy to sell it since it was original, we will be using them again and again.

I am happy with my purchase, I found liquidationpallethub.com on google and their price so good, and I was being skeptical, I talked with customer service he walk me through the process and I placed my order, since I told the customer service I was skeptical, he asked me to pay 50% and he will process my order and ship it out, and i should pay balance once I received which I did. This company sells authentic items. Am happy to have met this company after I order from another company they delivered me dirty and refurbished items and when I contacted them they told me pallet is lucky game. That was a crazy response, I met this company and they told me their items was brand new and I was skeptical, I ordered 1 pallet and boom it came out all original and brand new shoes. I was so impressed and I have used them 6 times and I will continue because they have all the essential products that I am looking for.

It was lovely to speak to a person who could sort out what date and time my consignment would be delivered . Will definitely use this company again
